Doug is experienced in partnering with leaders across commercial and local government sectors to activate strategy and develop leadership capability. He is driven by the desire to support people to make sense of their situation, embrace complexity and move forward in contextually appropriate ways. He has worked with some of New Zealand’s largest organisations, helping people think differently so they can adapt to change, lead authentically and work well together.
As a consultant with AGLX, Doug works with clients to develop adaptive strategies and organisational capability to enable people to work effectively towards strategic success. He is based in Christchurch, New Zealand and works with clients across the country.
