Doug is a seasoned strategist, facilitator, and team and leadership coach. He partners with senior teams in commercial and public sectors, helping them navigate complexity by developing a shared understanding of where they are and what success looks like, establishing effective decision-making practices, and experimenting to unlock value.

Before AGLX, Doug built skills supporting leaders in complex corporate environments, holding operations and business development roles in financial services before founding a consulting practice focused on team effectiveness and employee engagement, which led to joining Steven at AGLX. Doug is a Certified Organisational Coach (IECL), trained in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), and holds a Cynefin accreditation.
