Before joining AGLX, Steven honed his ability to make high-stakes decisions in uncertain settings through his service in bomb disposal with the New Zealand Army – a formative experience that shaped his approach to teamwork, risk, and resilience under pressure.
Steven is the architect behind ICE Innovation® and the Adaptive Strategy methodology – both central tools in AGLX’s work to help organisations navigate complexity. He is also an accredited Cynefin trainer, integrating complexity theory into his facilitation, consulting, and executive coaching.
Brian has a background in carrier aviation; political-military affairs; large scale air, space and cyber operations; and seven-years coaching business agility where he worked with Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum, and Dave Snowden, the creator of the Cynefin Framework. He is a co-creator of The Flow System™ and has spoken at TEDx, NATO, Harvard bLU, and multiple Scrum Days and Global Scrum Gatherings.
Doug is a seasoned strategist, facilitator, and team and leadership coach. He partners with senior teams in commercial and public sectors, helping them navigate complexity by developing a shared understanding of where they are and what success looks like, establishing effective decision-making practices, and experimenting to unlock value.
Doug is a Certified Organisational Coach (IECL), trained in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), and holds a Cynefin accreditation.
Jenny Turner is a management consultant, facilitator and team coach with more than 24 years’ experience helping teams and organisations improve performance in complex environments. She brings an MBA and deep experience in strategy development, project delivery, change management and leadership development. Jenny works with leaders and teams to make sense of complexity, align around shared priorities and turn strategy into practical action. Her approach combines insight, systems thinking, behavioural science and adaptive ways of working to strengthen collaboration, and create the conditions for high-performing teams and organisations.
Pete’s experience in emergency management has provided him a deep understanding of what great leadership looks like. This knowledge was further enhanced with his time working with the United Nations and later delivering leadership training across Australia and the Pacific. Recognising the complexity of leadership Pete is an advocate for the principles of the Flow™ System where leaders need to consider the complexities involved while still maintaining a people centric focus.
